Delivery Duties Paid for all EU orders for faster, cheaper and easier delivery to EU countries. By paying for all delivery duties at checkout means that you don’t need to wait for couriers to contact you with added import fees.


Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

How do I return my order?

Step 1: Print your free returns label* (note: This will link to our supplier BC4U)

Follow the instructions to create a QR code, which you take to either a Post Office branch or Royal Mail Customer Service Point (CSP). They’ll scan the QR code, print the label, which you can then fix to your parcel and drop off while you’re there.

 

*Free returns label available for UK customers only. Those outside of the UK are responsible for return shipping. Send your parcel back to:

Step 2: Include a note in your returns package

Your note should tell our warehouse team whether you would like a refund or an exchange.

 

Step 3: Send it back to us with proof of postage

We strongly recommend that you get proof of postage when returning your order to protect

you, should your parcel get lost on the way back to us.

 

Step 4: Sit back & relax

Sit back and relax knowing that our team will process your refund/exchange as quickly as possible.



All returns must be sent to us within 100 days and should be sent back to us in their original condition together with the original packaging and tags. If you send unwanted items after the relevant returns period above, we may have to send it back to you and ask you to cover the additional delivery costs.

All items are inspected on return by our team. When trying on clothing please be careful with the item (don’t use unnecessary force) and don’t wear cologne or antiperspirant deodorant, as these can mark and leave scents on the item.

If an item is returned to us worn, used, damaged or in an unsaleable condition, or where the above instructions have not been followed, we won’t be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you and ask you to cover the delivery costs. Customers must advise whether they would like their items delivered or destroyed within 7 working days of receipt of email or garments will be disposed of for the health and safety of staff.

Exchanges:

  • We will send your exchanged goods on receipt of the returned garment.
  • Exchanges are subject to current stock/sizes being available
  • Free return label available for first exchange and any subsequent labels you will be charged £3.99 per label

Refunds

  • We issue all refunds within two working days after processing of the returned garment (can be up to five working days in busy periods)
  • Original postage on all items will not be refunded
  • Refunds will be issued back onto the same credit/debit card or paypal account used to pay for the original garment
  • Order over £60 and get free delivery, if you return goods and the balance is below £60 you will be charged £3.99 and this will be deducted from your refund as this will take you under the free delivery threshold of £60. If you order when a free delivery promotion is active, for example "free delivery over £10 this weekend" and you return goods that bring the refund balance below the qualifying free delivery limit them you will be charged standard delivery at £3.99

Faulty goods

Frenquently Asked Questions

My order hasn't arrived, what can I do?

We work hard to meet all delivery times, but sometimes there may be delays – e.g. because of postal/carrier delays, logistics or bad weather. We try to keep our customers updated as much as we can, but if you want to see where your order is, you can track your parcel using the tracking code sent to you via email.

If your estimated delivery date has passed and you haven’t received your order, please contact our team.

 

Why has my parcel been returns to you?

We recommend checking your parcel’s tracking information on Royal Mail/DHL’s website to see why your parcel has been returned to our warehouse. Any orders that have been returned to our warehouse will incur an additional delivery fee to resend to you.

 

Do you accept all returns?

No. For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns for underwear, swimwear, socks or face masks.

I've received a faulty item, can you help?

We’re sorry about that! Get in touch with our team outlining the fault and we will rectify this as quickly as possible. Please also include images to help our team investigate.

 

How long until I receive my refund?

Once we have processed your return, your refund may take up to 5 business days.

 

How will I be refunded?

Refunds will be issued back onto the same credit/debit card or PayPal account used to pay for the original garment.

 

Do you refund delivery charges?

Unfortunately, delivery charges are non-refundable on most occasions.
