We want you to be happy with your purchase, however if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied then you may return it to us for an exchange or refund if it is returned within 90 days of receipt, and we will refund the full price (less postage), provided it is returned unworn and in it's original condition with all the garments original packaging and labels. If any returned goods do not meet these rigorous standards, no refund will be given.
We advise you to obtain 'proof of posting' (recorded delivery) when returning goods and that you return items by Royal Mail or other suitable carrier
Should any item be faulty then a replacement will be dispatched by return
Please note that for hygiene reasons we are not able to exchange underwear, socks or swimwear
The amount due will be credited to the card used for the initial payment. Please allow 14 days for the refund to be processed. You are responsible for postage costs
