Delivery Policy
DELIVERY DETAILS
We use Royal Mail or Interlink Express as our preferred carriers.
Orders must be received by 1pm (Monday to Friday) to ensure same day despatch. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be despatched on Monday. There is no despatch on weekends or Bank Holidays. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order.
SHIPPING & HANDLING COSTS Delivery to Mainland United Kingdom: Standard Delivery £4.95 (1-5 working days, not guaranteed) fixed rate per order.
Next Day Delivery £7.95 (Interlink Express or Royal Mail Special Delivery, next working day delivery, order before 1pm Mon-Thu, Friday orders received before 1pm will be delivered the following Monday). No weekend despatch or deliveries. This service is not guaranteed.
We can offer no compensation for deliveries which are delayed due to circumstances beyond our control such as industrial action, terrorism or severe weather condition. Delivery times are not guaranteed.
PRICES / CURRENCY
All prices are shown in UK Sterling and include VAT at the current rate of 15%. Cleared payment is required before goods are despatched.

Returns
CANCELLATION
You may cancel your order at any time by e-mailing, phoning or writing to us before the goods have been dispatched for a full refund.
RETURNS POLICY We want you to be happy with your purchase, however if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied then you may return it to us for an exchange or refund if it is returned within 90 days of receipt, and we will refund the full price (less postage), provided it is returned unworn and in it's original condition with all the garments original packaging and labels. If any returned goods do not meet these rigorous standards, no refund will be given.
We advise you to obtain 'proof of posting' (recorded delivery) when returning goods and that you return items by Royal Mail or other suitable carrier
Should any unworn item be faulty then a replacement will be dispatched by return
Faulty items that have been worn will be replaced or repaired as appropriate at our discretion
Please note that for hygiene reasons we are not able to exchange underwear, socks or swimwear
The amount due will be credited to the card used for the initial payment. Please allow 14 days for the refund to be processed. You are responsible for postage costs
